The Real Club Celta de Vigo S. A. D. is a football club from the First Division located in Vigo, Galicia.
It was founded in 1923 by the merger of Vigo Sporting and Real Fortuna. It is considered the second best team Galician history according to the RFEF, occupying the twelfth place in the standings, just behind the Sports (11 º), and in front of Valladolid (13 °).
 He played 46 seasons in the First Division and is ranked 12 in the historical classification of the First Division. In season 2011/12 played in the Second Division and obtained promotion to after 5 years in the silver category.

Historical achievements 


-He was elected the best team of the month in February 2001.
